Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us about a return or refund.

How to request help

Email us at info@carsunshade.com with:

  • Order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged/defective or you received the wrong item)

“No return needed” refunds (most cases)

In many cases, we can resolve the issue with a replacement or a refund without requiring you to send the item back.
We may ask for photos or additional details to evaluate the issue quickly and fairly.

When a return may be required

Sometimes we may request the item be returned (for example: high-value orders, repeated claims, or when required by law).
If a return is required and approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns may not be accepted.

Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items can’t be returned, such as perishable goods, custom/personalized products, and personal care items. We also don’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to contact us. We can typically arrange a replacement (and in some cases a return may be required).

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. We’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If no return is required, approved refunds are issued after evaluation.

  • If a return is required, we’ll notify you after we receive and inspect the item.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing time may vary). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@carsunshade.com
